C3 Associates is a Calgary-based consulting firm specializing in the strategic design, deployment and support of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems. We are a vendor-neutral group of experts who help our clients make the most of their ECM investments. Working with products such as Open Text Livelink, Open Text eDOCS (Hummingbird), Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/2010 (MOSS), EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, Kofax and other ECM tools, C3’s team is focused on ensuring ECM implementations are aligned with organizational objectives.
C3’s approach adds value for our clients by providing unbiased expert advice to help them successfully deploy ECM tools to maximize return on investment in these important systems. As an Associate, you become part of a team of ECM experts who help ensure client projects are a success while also helping you advance your career by developing new skills.
We are seeking independent consultants with at least five years of direct experience in one of these roles:
- Project Manager/Business Analyst
- Information Architect / Solution Architect
- Change Manager/Analyst
- Trainer
Candidates will have at least three years of direct experience working with Information Management (IM), Knowledge Management (KM), IM Governance or Document Management (DM) – specifically migrations to or between ECM tools. Preference will be given to those candidates demonstrating expertise in Livelink and/or SharePoint 2010.
Oil and Gas industry experience, including Engineering Drawing Management experience would be highly desirable. Expertise in other ECM disciplines such as Records Management, eDiscovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, Internal Controls etc. are also highly desirable. Only candidates considered ECM experts will be considered for these positions.
Travel may be required for some of the positions (within Alberta primarily, however may include elsewhere in Canada or US).
Our clients are generally based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We may consider candidates willing to travel or move from elsewhere. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must provide proof of same.
