Speaking at AIIM 2009

I’m excited to announce that I’ve been accepted to speak at the upcoming AIIM 2009 conference for the first time. It’s not my seventh year like the inimitable Jesse Wilkins but a guy’s gotta start somewhere.

My topic is “ECM Rescue – Picking up the pieces from a failed implementation”. As we all know ECM is a difficult animal to tame and many organizations find it hard to realize all of the benefits of ECM. I will be discussing ways to “rescue” a failed implementation and will provide tips for avoiding problems in the first place. You can find out more about AIIM 2009 here. Hope to see you there.
